Important information:

Entry and transit through East European countries is possible only with a valid passport. 

Air-conditioned long distance motor coaches with on-board washroom and kitchen facilities, video and CD players, and footrests are used for bus touring.  (Loacker Tours, Bundesstr. 17, A- 6842 Koblach, Austria). Smoking is prohibited on board the bus.  Stops will be arranged for smoking tourists during long trips.

The tour price includes medical insurance during the trip in Ukraine, bankruptcy insurance, all entrance and excursion fees within the program’s itinerary, as well as tolls, entry and departure taxes.

During motor coach touring (from Munich) breakfast is served on board the bus on the first day of the tour. Coffee and tea are provided during the entire tour length. 

Tour prices with air travel include airport taxes and security fees from/to Frankfurt/Munich/Stuttgart/Düsseldorf/Vienna.

Tourists wishing to visit their native villages are provided with transportation and a guide who is familiar with the locality and speaks either German or English.

The tour price excludes: luggage insurance and tour cancellation insurance.

Accommodations are reserved in *** or **** hotels.  Traditional local meals are provided, vegetarian meals are available upon request.

Bus tours are conducted when at least 25 tourists sign up.  Seats on the bus are assigned by the date of reservation. 

Air travel tours are conducted when at least 4 tourists sign up.  

A tourist may request changes to the program.  All additional cost incurred as the result of that change is the tourist’s sole responsibility.

The company reserves the right to change the tour price due to fuel surcharges and/or increase in ADT.

Cancellation procedure:

34 – 30 days before departure: 35% cancellation fee of the total price per tourist,

29 – 21 days before departure: 40% cancellation fee of the total price per tourist,

20 – 16 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total price per tourist,

15 – 03 days before departure: 55% cancellation fee of the total price per tourist,

02 days before departure and no show: 100% cancellation fee of the total price per tourist.

Upon signing up for the tour, you will receive a detailed daily itinerary.  Deadline for tour sign-up is three weeks prior to the beginning of the tour.  If nine weeks before the stated beginning of the tour there is no required minimum of signed-up tourists, the tour will be cancelled.  In those cases you will be informed in a timely manner.
